Pricing depends on the format, group size and date. We don't publish fixed prices because every booking is different — but we're transparent from the first proposal. No surprises, no hidden costs. The Gift Edit starts from 300 kr per gift with a minimum of 10. Everything else is on request.
The Pop-Up works in most standard office or co-working spaces — a lobby, an open floor, a cleared meeting room. We'll ask about your space when you get in touch and tell you honestly if it works. The Rave and The Slow run in smaller spaces. The Gift Edit needs no space at all.
For summer events we recommend at least 4 weeks notice. For Christmas and end-of-year events, the earlier the better — September is not too soon. Popular dates fill up fast and maker availability needs to be confirmed in advance. If you have a date in mind, reach out now.
Very little. We handle setup, the makers, the atmosphere and breakdown. You let your team know it's happening, maybe send an internal message the day before. That's genuinely it. We show up, we run it, we leave the space as we found it.
